Your invitation email contains a link to Accept Invitation - this will verify your account- this is your first step. All of your account setup happens directly in the Shippabo platform- making it quick and easy for you.

From there- you can begin your account set up. Our onboarding team will email you a link taking you directly to your account set up- you can also access it through the platform by pressing your initials in the upper right hand corner and select Company Profile.

You will now see a welcome page! Press on Set up company profile to begin your account setup! 

From here, you’re prompted to walk through the various steps of setting up your account, outlined on the left for you. 

Don’t worry if you are unsure of any of the steps- we will walk through these together on the onboarding call! It’s also important to note that you can skip to a different onboarding step if you need to come back to a particular step! 

Your First Onboarding Call

Cheers! It's time for your first onboarding call. During this 30 to 45 minute call, you will be introduced to a member of our onboarding team and can expect to accomplish the following:

• Overview of your account details to ensure accuracy
• Confirm the services handled
• Confirm SOP and logistics partnerships
• Start your first trial shipment on the platform

After Your Onboarding Call

Congratulations! Your first onboarding call is complete. Next, we will introduce your supplier(s) to our North American team and our China team, and provide the suppliers with a brief training on the Shippabo platform.

In the meantime, we will send you your first quote for review.
