  • Airline Document Fee: Import Service Fee assessed per airline
  • Base Freight: Cost of freight booking on vessel/airplane

  • Port Congestion Fee (Origin): Congestion fee assessed by carrier, if app.

  • AMS Fees: AMS Filing by Shippabo
  • Fumigation: Heat treating of pallets at origin
  • Equipment Interchange Receipt (EIR): Common origin ex-works fee for container loading
  • Booking Fee (Origin): Administration Fee when booking at origin
  • Telex Fee: Processing fee when original BLs are telexed

  • Customs Entry & ISF: USA Customs Entry Processing- ISF is complimentary with Customs processing
  • Customs Entry: Canadian Customs Entry Processing

  • Annual Bond: Annual Customs Bond for Import
  • Insurance: Optional Cargo insurance filing

  • Delivery Trucking: FCL, FTL, or LTL delivery services

  • Clean Truck Fee: Port imposed fee for LA/LB
  • Pierpass: Port imposed fee for Los Angeles or Long Beach port
  • Prepull: Prior pickup of container from port
  • Port Congestion Fee (Destination): Trucker assessed congestion fee
  • Split Chassis: Return of chassis to different location
  • Terminal Charge: Terminal imposed fee
  • Waiting Time: Add'l time incurred at pickup or delivery
  • Drop Fee: Drayage container drop off and pickup of empty
  • Dry Run: Unsuccessful delivery or pickup attempt
  • OICT Gate Fee: Oakland Intl Container Terminal Fee
  • Overweight by Container: Delivery of container over standard weight
  • Storage: Daily container storage at trucker's yard
  • Toll Fee: Toll fee incurred during delivery
  • Demurrage: Port penalty for container past free time
  • Detention: Carrier penalty for container past empty free time
  • Dwell Fee: Port penalty for long dwelling containers
  • CFS/Terminal Storage: Daily storage of goods at CFS or Airline
  • Layover Fee
  • Carbon Tax Charge: Carrier Assessed Fee when arriving into Canada or USA
