Activities Tab:

Here, you can monitor all activities associated with your shipment, starting from its initial creation. Key customs milestones such as ISF filings and customs entry releases are tracked, along with updates from the steamship line. This includes shipment departures, arrivals, and gate in/out events. To streamline your search, you can use the search bar at the top of your screen to filter activities by entering relevant keywords, helping you quickly find the information you need.

Messages Tab: 

This section enables you to send messages to anyone involved in your shipment, including the Shippabo team, your supplier, and your internal team. You can also post updates about shipment changes or share relevant internal information. It's a valuable tool for keeping all communications related to your shipment centralized and easily accessible.

Documents Tab: 

This is your hub for uploading and viewing all shipment-related documents. You'll receive notifications whenever a new document is added to the platform, and all documents are stored permanently for future reference.

Invoices & Quotes: 

Here, you can view and approve quotes, as well as view, download, and pay invoices related to your shipment.
