What do the Various Dates on my Timeline Mean?
Your shipment timeline contains a wealth of information relating to your shipment. Let's overview what some of these dates on your timeline mean.
- Estimate Arrival or Departure: This is the date that the steamship line has published for your departure or arrival.
- Actual Arrival or Departure: This is the date that the shipment has actually departed or arrived. This date will not be filled out until the action occurs. It will be green, wit a check mark next to it.
- Predicted Delivery (Initial Prediction): This is the initial delivery date that our platform has predicted for your shipment, based on the original sailing details received from the carrier.
- Predicted Delivery (Real time Prediction): This is the most up to date delivery date that our platform is predicting for your shipment. This date takes into account any change in ETA that the carrier has published.
- Scheduled Delivery: This is the date that your shipment is scheduled to be delivered by the drayage carrier.
- Actual Delivery: This is the date that your shipment has been confirmed to be delivered by the drayage carrier.
