- Additional Trucking Charges:
If there are any extra trucking charges, our team will send you an additional invoice.
- Delivered & Completed Lifecycle Updates:
If Shippabo is Handling Your Trucking: Once we confirm the delivery, we will move your shipment into the 'Delivered' lifecycle. Upon issuance of any additional invoices, your shipment will transition into the 'Completed' lifecycle.
If You’re Handling Trucking Independently: Your shipment will directly advance to the 'Completed' lifecycle upon delivery.

Completed Shipments will not Automatically Appear in the Open Shipments Default filter:
Once your shipment has moved into Completed lifecycle, it is still stored in the Shippabo platform, but it is no longer considered an “Open” shipment. This means that if you are searching for a shipment within your “Open” Lifecycle, you will need to remove the lifecycle filter that is automatically applied, as this filter excludes completed shipments.
You can also view all of your completed shipments by scrolling down within your Lifecycle Views and selecting Completed.
