Am I Responsible for Uploading Documentation (i.e. Commercial Documents) to the Platform?

This depends on your SOP.
Once you have any supporting documentation for your shipment, it is best to upload it directly to the platform. Your supplier does also have the ability to upload the documentation.
The Shippabo team will also ensure that the documentation is added to the platform as soon as we receive it.
