The Shippabo platform makes it seamless to track your shipments. Let's dive into how to do this for an individual shipment, or through your shipment list.

How to track one Shipment at a Time

Once you're logged into the Shippabo platform, use the global search bar to type your shipment ID number, container number, PO number, or other identifying criteria to search your shipment by.

Once you've naviaged to the shipment, you'll be brought to the Overview tab of the shipment. This contains both your timeline and your interactive map.

For the ocean sailing portion of your shipment, the map uses vessel GPS location data to identify where the shipment is in nearly real time. The timeline has the most up to date departure and arrival information that is published by the steamship lines. If a date on your timeline appears green, this means that it has occurred.

How to Track Multiple Shipments at Once

Start by navigating to your Shipments list on your top navigation bar.

Next, select a specific criteria you'd like to filter your shipments by, such as Transiting shipments.

You'll now be able to track the departure or arrival dates of multiple shipments at once.
