The base for your health score is 100 and from there it will be adjusted as updates are received along the journey of your shipment.

When you’re viewing your individual shipment in the platform, the health score for your shipment is located at the top of your shipment screen, within your individual shipment header.
The shipments that you’ve placed on your watch list will also have the health score visible on your dashboard for your quick reference.
