Find Your Partners In-App

To find your logistics partners in the Shippabo platform, click on your initials in the upper right hand corner.

This will show a drop-down menu, Click on Partners.

Here, you can view all your current partners that have been added to your supply chain network, in addition to creating and adding new ones.

Adding Partners to Your Database

Within every partner category is a button labeled +. Clicking on this will bring up a prompt to add a partner to that category. Every partner you add on this page will be stored in your partner database.

After you click Add a new partner, press Add a new company.

You will now be prompted to enter all of the details of your new partner. 

Once you've entered the details, press Save.

You will now see a notice alerting you that you have successfully added your new partner to your network. 

Inviting Your Partner Contact to Shippabo

On your supply chain network page, inviting your contact at a logistics company is simple. Next to the company name, within the Partner Status column, you'll see Invite to Network. This indicates that you still need to invite your contact at that company to the Shippabo platform.

Pressing Invite to Network will bring up a new prompt. In this form, you'll be able to add your contacts details. If you'd like to invite them to use the Shippabo platform, click the “Send Invitation Email” option in the bottom left. They'll receive instructions in their email on how to log into the platform. Your logistics partners can also receive a short training from our team! 

If you would like to add a contact to your partners network, but do not want that contact to access the Shippabo platform, simply add them and no not select the “Send Invitation Email”. Their contact information will be saved but they will not receive access to the platform. 

Removing a Company From Your Network

If you need to remove a partner from your supply chain network in Shippabo, click on the menu icon to the right of the name of the company. Doing so will give you the option to Remove Company.

A prompt will appear asking you to confirm the removal. Click on Delete, and the company will no longer appear on your supply chain network page.
