How do I Cancel a Shipment?

First you'll need to locate the shipment you'd like to cancel. To do this click on Shipments in the top global navigation menu. Scroll the list or use the search field to find the shipment you'd like to cancel.
To cancel a shipment click on the box next to the Shipment ID. If you have multiple cancelations to make, select all that apply.
Once you have made your selections, an action menu will appear, where you can select Cancel.
Additional Information
Shipments can be canceled at any point before they are approved. Once a shipment is Pending or after, you'll have to contact Shippabo's Operations team to see if it can be canceled. Please note that a cancelation fee may be applied, and that shipments can not be canceled once they have been picked up from the origin port.
