One of the most valuable features of the Shippabo platform is the ability to send automated reports containing essential shipment information directly to your team. We are excited to announce that you can now extend this functionality to any partners within your Shippabo network—including suppliers, trucking companies, and delivery warehouses. This enhancement makes it easier than ever to keep all stakeholders informed and up to date throughout every step of your supply chain.

You'll want to begin by determining if you'd like the report to be generated from your Shipments or Containers page. If you'd like to include information relating to scheduled vs. actual delivery dates, and for each container in a shipment to be represented individually, then the containers page is where you should generate your report from. Otherwise, we recommend beginning at your shipments page.

You can begin building your report by selecting the “+ New” button within the views panel on the left side of your screen. We recommend setting this up as a “Shared View”, so it can be accessed by your entire team.

Once you've selected this, you can begin building your report by selecting specific filters to apply to it.

Once you've made your selections, press “Save View”.

Your view will now be saved under the Shared Views section, and within the view, you can select “Schedule Report”.

A column will appear, which allows you to select the name and frequency for the report, as well as who you would like to receive it. In the “Recipients” field, you can select anyone from your company.

To add one of your logistics partners as a recipient on the report, select the “External Recipients” field, and begin typing their email address.

Once you press “Schedule”, the report will be sent to the designated partners.
