We've Issued your Arrival Notice

What to Expect Next:
- Customs will be Filed:
The arrival notice is usually the last document received before customs can be filed. If your shipment is traveling inland via rail, we will need to wait until we receive the IT number. If you have your own customs broker, we will issue the necessary customs documents (commercial documents, house bill of lading, and arrival notice) to them from the platform. If Shippabo is providing customs services for you, we will file customs on your behalf.
- Your Shipment will Arrive at the POD:
Receiving your arrival notice indicates that your shipment is nearing its arrival at the Port of Discharge (POD). The platform will be updated with the actual arrival date and the gate-out date.
- Commercial Documents:
We will soon be requesting your commercial documents to facilitate filing your customs entry. To expedite the process, you may proactively upload these documents directly onto the platform by selecting the Documents tab within your shipment.
