Shippabo’s Quoting Process
Shippabo's platform streamlines the process of obtaining a quote for your upcoming shipment. As soon as you have the essential information for your quote request, you can effortlessly initiate the procedure within the Shippabo platform, ensuring a convenient and efficient experience in managing your logistics needs.

Once you enter the required information for your quote, your request will automatically be in Planning stage.
Once you’ve submitted your quote request, you will also receive an email confirmation.
From here, the Shippabo team is notified that you have initiated a quote request, and will begin working on it. We will reach out to you if any further information is needed to submit your quote!
Please note: Due to the volatility of the market regarding GRI’s, Shippabo will only quote shipments with a cargo ready date within the next month.
Once your quote is ready, you will receive an email from the Shippabo team, containing a PDF of your quote, along with a link which takes you directly to your quote in the platform. This is where you can send the Shippabo team a message with any questions you have on the quote, view all of the quoted charges along with the quote validity information, and approve the quote!
